The writers strike seemed to have no affect on the attendace of the Screen Actors Guild Awards which took place Sunday, January 27th in Hollywood, California.

Actors graced the red carpet in the hottest fits and some not so hott.

Actress Ruby Dee walked away with "Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role" for her part as Denzel Washington mother in American Gangsta.

The beautiful Queen Latifah snatched an awards for "Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries" for her part in 'Life Support'.
